There are four main approaches to our work these are :

1. To integrate a youth and community based approach to projects, this is about empowering those we work with, creating an educational framework around everything we take on, enocouraging clients to fully participate maximising the skills that are learnt and ensuring all our projects are as accessible and open to all members of society

2. To ensure all our projects have a level of innovation embedded into them. This could be integrating new technology through to creative ways g process

3. Film making has been a very big part of what we have done over the last few years, working with foundation through to post 16. We have developed training programmes which are age appropriate using equipment which is up to date and used in a professional envirnonment. Our projects are about the client group determining what the story is and then us suporting them to tell it in a fun, creatve and vibrant way.

4. At the forefront of our thinking is the long term impact our proframmes have on the client. It is very much about passing on skills and knowledge which will enable them the stand out and achieve in a competitive society.
